3. WhatsApp Communications

DIWHYN Choice may communicate with customers through WhatsApp, including the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.

Customers may receive automated or manually initiated messages relating to their orders, such as:

• Payment confirmation

• Order confirmation

• Preparation and packing updates

• Pickup or delivery notifications

• Feedback requests

Customers may also reply to these messages through WhatsApp.

Messages, images, documents, or payment receipts sent to our WhatsApp business number may be processed through Meta’s WhatsApp services and may also be securely recorded within our internal order-management systems where required to fulfil the customer’s order.

4. Payment Receipts

Customers may voluntarily provide payment receipts or screenshots as evidence of payment.

These receipts are used only for payment verification and order-processing purposes.

DIWHYN Choice does not treat the receipt itself as final proof of successful payment until the payment has been independently verified against our payment records or bank account.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our order-management and communication processes, DIWHYN Choice may use trusted third-party services, including:

• Google Forms

• Google Sheets

• Google Drive

• Google Apps Script

• Meta

• WhatsApp Business Platform

Information may be processed through these services only where necessary for order management, communication, record keeping, or related business operations.
